I experienced frustration when checking out as our transfer was running late, and the receptionist's rude inquiry about our guest status added to the annoyance. She directed us to the concierge, who also seemed displeased to assist us. Although there were good moments, particularly the upgrade and Rebecca’s help, the inconsistent service left me wanting.
